Great article. I enjoy green tea as well and feel energized after drinking it. I’ve heard a lot about black tea lately. Does black tea offer some of the same benefits of green tea?

I drink it often and wasn’t aware that it had so many good ingredients. Do you know if Green tea bottled and sold in a circle k has the same benefits or do the bottling companies ruin it (dumb question maybe?).

There are plenty of types of green tea and each type apparently can give different effects for you. For example, I found this one Chinese type of green tea from Hang Zhou that actually helps smokers to quit. People say that it reduces the nicotine withdrawal symptoms greatly.

Green tea comes from Asia but in many poor countries here (like Indonesia) it is not widely realized that there are many benefits of drinking green tea. It is ironic that the western world probably drink it more than we do.
